How do I place my order?

Placing your order on Mula Skincare is simple.

Select the product of your choice and click on “Buy It Now” to proceed directly to checkout, or click on “Add to Cart” if you wish to continue shopping.

Once you are ready, click on “Checkout”, fill in your shipping and contact details, complete the payment process, and your order will be successfully placed.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid fake orders, Mula Skincare uses OTP verification for all COD orders.

After entering your shipping address and mobile number, select “Standard Shipping COD” and proceed. The Cash on Delivery option will be automatically selected.

Click “Complete Order.” A 4-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click “Verify OTP.” Once verified, your COD order will be confirmed.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

Yes. Simply add all the products you wish to purchase to your cart and complete checkout. Ordering multiple products together can help you save on additional shipping and COD charges.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details.

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

Products marked as “Out of Stock” are currently unavailable. You may contact us to be notified once the product is restocked.

Why was my payment rejected?

Payment failures may occur due to:

  • Insufficient balance

  • Incorrect card details

  • Expired cards

  • Mismatched billing information

Please ensure your details are correct and funds are available. If issues persist, contact your bank.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can modify your cart before placing your order. Once the order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.

For cancellation requests, please email support@mulaskincare.com immediately after placing your order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins.

What payment methods do you offer?

For Indian orders, we accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Other secure online payment methods

For international orders, payments can be made via Credit Card and supported global payment gateways.

Is GST included in the product price?

Yes. All prices displayed on the Mula Skincare website are inclusive of GST.

How safe is it to use my debit or credit card?

Mula Skincare uses secure and trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree.

These platforms use advanced encryption and 3D secure authentication. You may be redirected to your bank’s secure page for verification. Your financial details are never stored by us.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay in cash at the time of delivery. COD payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. Cheques and demand drafts are not accepted.

Is COD available across all locations in India?

COD availability depends on courier service coverage in your area. You can check availability during checkout.

Additional COD charges may apply, and COD may not be available for orders above a certain limit.

Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping work?

Mula Skincare partners with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

What are the delivery timelines?

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Delivery within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 10–12 business days

  • International orders: 10–15 business days (depending on customs)

Do I need to be available to receive the order?

Yes, all packages require a signature upon delivery. If unavailable, you may authorize someone to receive it on your behalf.

How are items packed?

Each product is carefully packed in sturdy shipping cartons. Fragile items receive extra protection. We aim to use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Returns, Cancellation & Exchanges

What is your return and refund policy?

At Mula Skincare, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Orders cancelled before shipping are refunded within 7 business days

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible

  • Returns are accepted only if they meet our policy criteria

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within the specified time frame with proof (such as an unboxing video), and we will assist you accordingly.
