At Mula Skincare, we prioritize safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of skincare products, items cannot be returned once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, the following is mandatory:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the package condition

  • Visible proof of product damage

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on eligibility

Approved replacements are typically delivered within 4–7 business days.

 

Requests submitted without an unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for returns or replacements.

 

Please note:

  • Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence after delivery is not covered.

Approved refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund

  • If cancelled after 2 hours but before dispatch, a 30% deduction will apply (for prepaid orders)

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible
